In July 2023 Hilary C. Banker obtained a very favorable jury verdict for clients in a medical malpractice case. The jury agreed that the Defendant plastic surgeon was negligent, and his negligence was a substantial factor in causing injury to her client. The jury awarded a substantial figure for past pain and suffering and reimbursed her medical expenses. There had been no pre-trial settlement offer. The matter was eventually resolved by a settlement between the parties after the jury’s verdict.
