Stephanie R. Messina

Stephanie Messina is an accident and personal injury litigator who advocates for her clients and works to drive fair and successful resolutions. She has experience representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants concerning injuries from car accidents, catastrophic injuries, slip and falls, dog bites, and other personal injury matters.  She is also experienced in providing coverage expertise to insurers.  She is admitted to the bars of New York State and the U.S. District Courts for the Western District and Northern District of New York.

A cum laude graduate of Albany Law School, Stephanie was formerly the Managing Editor for Research and Writing for the Albany Government Law Review.  She is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Western New York Defense Trial Lawyers Association, and the Western New York Chapter of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York.

Stephanie also volunteers as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for Sensational Fun, Inc., a non-profit organization providing a play and therapy space for children with special needs.
