Nicholas M. Rossi

Nicholas M. Rossi is a Senior Associate in the law firm Burgio, Curvin & Banker, having joined the firm in 2022.  Nicholas graduated Summa Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2007 and earned his JD from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 2010.  He concentrates his practice on civil litigation, with a focus on insurance defense and personal injury.  Before joining Burgio, Curvin & Banker, Nicholas practiced in a litigation firm for eleven years, handling civil and criminal litigation, and representing individuals in administrative proceedings.

Nicholas is actively engaged in local bar associations and organizations, having previously served on the Board of Directors of the Assigned Counsel Program – Erie County Aid to Indigent Prisoners Society, Inc. and as an Erie County Bar Association Committee Co-Chair.    

Nicholas has been named to the Super Lawyers – Upstate New York Rising Stars list from 2015-2021 and in 2017 was honored as a Legal Elite – Rising Star by Buffalo Business First.  He resides in Hamburg, New York with his wife and daughter.
